No Refunds or Exchanges.

Order cancellation

No cancellations are allowed on shipped items.

If your order has not yet shipped but in the process of being made we can not cancel your order as the materials have already been used. However dependant on the order we may be able to give you a partial return on your funds. Each order is reviewed on an individual basis, please contact us at vintageyouth@shaw.ca

Returns:

Given the nature of our products, it is not possible to return a product; all our sales are final. If you have a particular problem with a product, please contact us at vintageyouth@shaw.ca

We do not exchange or refund products that are not faulty. We do not take back products for reasons of taste, change of mind, allergies or other personal reasons.

Because our products are custom made to order for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. But your business is important to us and we will work you if you have a problem.

If your product is damaged during shipping you will need to put a claim in with the carrier. Don't forget to take pictures of the damages including the packaging. If you require more information from us or we can help you with your claim, please contact us at vintageyouth@shaw.ca and we will help you.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are non refundable. All gift card sales are final.
